SENT-OPT610	Sentinel/Sentry Clock Module Ordered the same time as mainframe. With Two ports (BNC) to measure E1/T1/10MHz or user-defined frequencies or 1PPS Time Error (Phase). Mainframe can be ordered with a maximum of two option 610 clock modules or one opt 610 clock module and one option 705 OTA module (Sentinel only). Three opt 610 clock modules may be fitted if no ethernet ports are ordered.
SENT-OPT615	One 100M/1G Port. Ordered the same time as mainframe. Maximum 2 port configuration. With one 100M & 1GbE Ethernet interface (SFP, RJ45). SyncE clock RX/TX, ESMC RX/TX. Includes PTP and SyncE measurement capability up to 1GbE line rate (Electrical or Optical). Please note: two packet ports are required for PTP and NTP measurement in monitor mode.
SENT-OPT616	One 10G Packet Port (covers all available rates up to 10G). Ordered the same time as Sentinel/Sentry. Maximum 2 port configuration (Opt 615 or Opt 616. With one 100M, 1GbE (RJ45, SFP) & 10Gb Ethernet interface (SFP+). SyncE clock RX/TX, ESMC RX/TX. Includes 100M/1G Electrical and 100M/1G/10G Optical measurement capability. This constitutes one channel. Only one rate at a time is useable on a channel. Please note: two channels are required for PTP and NTP measurement in monitor mode.
SENT-OPT618	100G Interface ordered at same time as Sentinel or Sentry mainframe or SW upgrade enabling 2nd 100G port on Sentinel or Sentry that already has a 25G or 100G interface. May be ordered with Opt 615 or Opt 616 to add additional rates. Optics are not included.
SENT-OPT622	25G Interface ordered at same time as Sentinel or Sentry mainframe or SW upgrade enabling 2nd 25G port on Sentinel or Sentry that already has a 25G or 100G interface. May be ordered with Opt 615 or Opt 616 to add additional rates. Optics are not included.
SENT-OPT705	Sentinel option only. Ordered at the same time as mainframe. OTA module and measurement capability for absolute time error measurement on the 4G/5G air interface. Covers FR1 frequencies to 6Ghz and channel spacing 15kHz and 30kHz. Sentinel can be ordered with a maximum of two option 610 clock modules or one opt 610 clock module and one option 705 OTA module.

SENT-OPT620	PTP and NTP Measurements. G.8265.1 PTP network: Includes PDV, packet selection PDV, Floor packet metrics, Packet delay distribution. G.8275.1 PTP network: Includes 2WayTE, cTE, dTE, MaxTE. G.8275.2 PTP network: Includes pktSelected2WayTE NTP PDV measurements in pseudo Client mode and monitor mode. NTP 2wayTE measurements in pseudo Client mode. One license required per mainframe.
SENT-OPT623	Return to factory upgrade of 400 series Sentinel. This is required when upgrading 400 series Sentinel to have 25G and/or 100G interfaces. The required 25 and/or 100G option must be ordered at the same time. Do not use if the instrument already has at least one 25G or 100G port
SENT-OPT631	Battery Powered Operation (Sentinel only). Provides three battery powered functions. 1. Transport Mode to maintain Rb accuracy in holdover mode during transportation. 2. Uninterruptible Power Supply maintains operation if external power is interrupted 3. Measurements under battery power allows full operation of Sentinel without external supply. Hardware option, must be ordered at the same time as the mainframe
SENT-OPT812	1 year extension of Calnex Support Service: Technical support including access to Calnex Service Desk, software and hardware warranty for designated Sentinel/Sentry product and associated options. Only available for instruments with serial number 400000 or greater.

Multi-year contracts

Sentinel comes with a standard 12 month CSS. Following the initial CSS period, and recognising we operate in an ever-changing environment, we recommend customers purchase one of our CSS packages to protect their investment. Choosing an extended CSS package at the time of purchase is the most cost effective, provides uninterrupted coverage, and maximizes your investment.

We will also provide a CSS quotation to you prior to the expiration date of your support contract to ensure a seamless and hassle-free process.

Hardware warranty

Ensuring your Sentinel is protected with a support contract is the most effective way to avoid costly repair bills and assures priority response to your instrument in the event repairs are required. One-off repairs represent a high comparative cost, and the logistics involved in generating quotations, processing orders and arranging returns for unsupported equipment will increase downtime in testing. With CSS, no additional charges will apply.

Note: The battery in your Sentinel unit will be covered by Hardware Warranty for a maximum of 3 years from initial purchase of the Sentinel.
