MDO3MSO

The logic analyzer (option MDO3MSO) provides 16 digital channels which are tightly integrated into the oscilloscope’s user interface. This simplifies operation and makes it possible to solve mixed-signal issues easily.

The MDO3MSO is a 16 digital channel Upgrading Module features one-time, permanent upgrade to any model enabled through single-use application module hardware key. The hardware key is used to enable the feature and then is not required for future use. This module is suitable for use with Tektronix MDO3000-series oscilloscopes.
