In May 2017 Entest Inc. agreed to sell its shares to Testforce USA Inc. Testforce’s expertise in the Test and Measurement market has helped ENTEST better serve its customers and continue its growth.
This summer, Entest adopted the nationally recognized name of Testforce and we value your continued support and partnership. This letter outlines the process to ensure a seamless transition to Testforce USA Inc.
Legal Entity Name: Entest will keep its legal entity name and will continue operations until all our customers are transferred to Testforce USA Inc.
Suppliers: All Entest supplier contracts have been transferred to Testforce USA Inc. and all business transactions will be transferred to Testforce USA, Inc.
Quotations: Effective October 1st, 2021 all quotations will be issued by Testforce USA Inc. Our sales department can be reached at [email protected].
Orders: All orders will be issued to Testforce USA Inc. can be submitted [email protected]. Orders issued to Entest will be honored and our sales department will contact your purchasing to ensure that Testforce USA is a registered vendor for future orders.
Accounting: All customers who have an existing account with Entest will be transferred to Testforce USA Inc. Our accounting department will ask you to submit an updated W9 form and will send you updated banking information for your payments. Our accounting department can be reached at [email protected].
